Office Administration: Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper (san jose north)

Quanten Electrical is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to be a part of the team and its growth. We are a Trades Professional with PG&E, and work with them to assist companies in upgrading buildings to be more Energy Efficient. We do Commercial and Industrial electrical services, which includes ground up construction, large tenant improvement, grid connection, etc., and are a member of the Silicon Valley Organization.

The position is for 35 hours per week; M -- F, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Tasks include:

Interacting with a positive outlook with both Vendors and Customers
Organize, maintain, and help refine the office and the procedures
Tracking and Following up on calls and action items
Organize, maintain, and help refine the office and the procedures
Maintain company files; paper and electronic
Data Entry into QuickBooks on a regular basis
Track and follow up on calls and action items
Answer phones, work with vendors and respond to quotes and credits
Edit brochures, flyers and website
ight cleaning, help make sure office is clean
Handle incoming/outgoing mail
Create memos and letter to customers
Must be detail oriented
Proficient in MS Excel & Word
Knowledge or experience with QuickBooks a huge plus
Work well with others in a team environment
Must be able to multitask
Must be able to work in a small office environment and take initiative

Journeymen Electrician

Quanten Electrical is hiring CERTIFIED journeyman level electricians. If you have experience in commercial TI, restaurant construction, take pride in your own workmanship, and are a Lead Electrician or Working Foreman, or have aspirations of becoming one, Quanten, Employer of the Year 2016 by Santa Clara County CalWorks, would like see you and your resume.

The work includes job sites in the greater bay area. Attitude to get the work done; efficiently and accurately, understanding to treat the customer with respect, and ability to work with others is key to this position. Also, the ability to know circuit requirements from prints.
